Wool & Water's New/Old Addition

Thanks to a lovely friend Wool & Water is now the proud owner of a truly vintage knitting machine. The majority of Wool & Water pieces are knitted on a Brother KH881 which dates from the 1980's but this beauty dates from the 1960's.

It was used by it's owner's grandmother and then mother and now it's been gifted to me! 

The machine is in wonderful working order and even came with it's original and beautiful packaging.  I cannot wait to knit contemporary pieces on it, I love marrying the traditional craft with modern aesthetics.
